I got these for a song.
But then i went out and blew 20 bucks on a copy of Deities and DemiGods and it has thrown off my average. But man oh man, is this stuff evocative for me.
The monster manual looks like it has seen a lot of love!

ReplyDeleteThe illustrations alone hit so many triggers of fondness. Also, as I've been looking back over old 2e and 1e stuff, I'm realizing how much stuff I never looked at the first time around, like the Manual of the Planes and Sages and Specialists.
