I feel like an ass.
I feel like an ass.
It would seem that the following Dragon Magazines have BASIC programs to aid in the running of a game.
#41 - Time Keeper
#45 - HP41C Dice Roller
#49 - Time Keeper II
#53 - Corrections to 49
#63 - Character generator for Top Secret
#74 - Dungeon Master's Personnel Service
#80 - DM's Familiar
I will get to play with them a bit this weekend.

I have some fond memories of sitting in the garage (where the Vic20 was set up) and entering all of those lines for the DM's Familiar. I was twelve, I think. Everyone in my family thought I was crazy. I never ended up using the Familiar...but the knowledge I learned from it landed me in the computer club in junior high, and that meant access to Apples, and that meant Wizardry!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to look into making this a bit of share ware.
