Yes, and in the RPG Castle Falkenstein, Dragons are evolved Pterosaurs. They are still Dragons. Godzilla is a Dragon, not a D&D dragon or even a traditional Asian dragon. He is a dragon though, he has been portrayed as a force of nature, protector of mankind and somewhat capricious when he helps out.
